Important Information
on Copyright
Copyright is a free legal protection offered to works
created in Australia. As the publisher and compiler of a range of written
and internet resources, the Assembly, and its agencies, has a number of
resources protected by Copyright law. If you are intending to use re-produce
Assembly publications or resources, you may wish to read the short
guide on using other people’s work and, if appropriate seek
permission from the Assembly. A pro forma copyright
request form is available for download for those people who wish to
reproduce works in which the Assembly holds copyright.
Many congregations will from time to time wish to use
music and musical arrangements that are the subject of copyright protection.
