| The 19th World Methodist Conference
will be held from 20-24 July, 2006 at the Kumnan Methodist Church
in Seoul, South Korea and the UCA is seeking expressions of interest
from potential delegates.
The theme of the Conference is “God in Christ Reconciling”
and will take for form of a convention rather than a decision-making
conference.
The Uniting Church in Australia is invited to send up to 110 delegates
to this Conference. All Uniting Church members are invited to consider
participating, not simply those with a residual Methodist background.
Those interested in attending are advised that the National Assembly
is not able to provide financial assistance for delegates.
